The P.E.A.C.E. Movement
I founded this non-profit organization back in 2013. I was working on my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and noticed that there was very little mental health services provided to military service members and their families.
In 2017, I was urged to include marginalized communities into the scope of potential beneficiaries. This urging came from my master studies in child and adolescent development. I learned so much about how poverty impacted children, families, and communities.
Now 6 years later, I am still working to build my board of directors and move forward with the goals of the organization. I will be adding information about the non-profit as things progress.
